
Standard parking is included in the price of the ticket for all amphitheater shows, unless otherwise noted. You can purchase upgraded parking to park closer to the entrance gates online via the Ticketmaster link on an event's page, or with a credit card day-of while space lasts.
If you purchased upgraded parking in advance, please have your QR code ready to scan by a parking attendant as you enter into the parking lots.

Germania Insurance Amphitheater is located on multiple acres of land in the heart of Circuit of The Americas' racetrack, with a parking area dedicated to RV guests. To purchase an overnight trackside RV space, please visit our COTA Camping page to book your stay.
The designated passenger drop-off and pick-up area for concerts is located in the cutouts of B and D. For the safety of all guests, only this area may be used for dropping off and picking up passengers. Look for signage designating this space as you enter COTA Blvd.

A wide variety of food options will be available for purchase within the gates, with everything from full meals to tasty snacks.
Please be aware our vendors will ID for all alcoholic beverage purchases. If you plan to have a drink or two, please bring an acceptable form of ID with you. IDs accepted include: U.S. Driver License, U.S. Territory's Driver License, U.S. State-Issued ID Card, Passport, Passport Card, or U.S. Military ID.
Alcohol sales will cease 30 minutes prior to the projected end time of the event. No beverage regardless of type will be allowed to exit the venue at the end of the show.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted within the gates unless specifically stated for an event.
All guests are welcome to bring in one factory-sealed water bottle per person, no larger than 20oz.
Tailgating is welcome in our parking lots before a show as long as the festivities are contained to your singular parking place.

Tickets for events at Germania Insurance Amphitheater are available for purchase online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased on event days at the Grand Plaza Box Office beginning 2 hours before gates open, subject to availability. The Grand Plaza Box Office is located directly outside the main entrance gates.

There is no re-entry permitted at any Germania Insurance Amphitheater event unless explicitly stated on that event's page.
Infants and toddlers up to age 2 are admitted free to the H-E-B Lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Some exceptions apply for specific children’s performances. Children aged 3 and older must a have ticket.
No. The reselling of tickets is prohibited at all times anywhere on the grounds of Germania Insurance Amphitheater, or on any part of Circuit of The Americas' grounds or parking lots.
Yes. ATM’s are located in the the Grand Plaza near concession stand locations.
All Germania Insurance Amphitheater shows are rain or shine. In the event there is severe weather, keep an eye on the amphitheater's social media channels (Twitter or the show's Facebook event page). If there are any changes to the show's planned schedule, it will be posted there. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, THE EVENT WILL GO ON AS PLANNED.
If a weather emergency occurs during an event, the venue will notify all guests and direct guests to take steps to minimize risks. Your safety is our priority.
Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas that are 15 feet from an entrance or openable window of an enclosed area. No smoking is allowed within the Germania Insurance Amphitheater's bowl or on the H-E-B Lawn.
Permanent restrooms are located in the Grand Plaza, behind the permanent concessionaire building, and in the Germania Insurance Amphitheater bowl on either side of the stage. Temporary restrooms will be located around the venue.
If an item is lost during an event, please head to the Guest Services Tent near the entrance to the venue. On non-event days, please call 512.655.6220 for lost item information.
If you find a lost item, please turn it in to the Guest Services Tent located near the main gate.
Items recovered will be held for 30 days, with unclaimed items donated to charity.
We highly recommend using Waze to help you not just find the best way to get to Circuit of The Americas (COTA), but the best route to specific parking lots.

Cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches are not allowed within the gates. Permitted cameras must be able to fit in a front shirt pocket.
