Requests for ASL Interpreter Services must be made no less than three weeks prior to the concert date in order for the venue to secure qualified and prepared interpreters. Services are not guaranteed for all events but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.
You may request ASL Interpreter services by calling 512.301.6600 or by emailing info@germaniaamp.com.
For guests with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Germania Insurance Amphitheater events, the TDD number to call is 800.755.6244.
When purchasing your tickets, please note that the ASL Interpreters are located immediately in front of the stage on the left-hand side of the floor (facing the stage), and stand on a raised platform with plenty of spot lighting. We cannot guarantee alternative locations throughout the venue due to available space, production needs, and the Fire Code of the City of Austin.
People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional seats for their companions in the same row and these seats will be contiguous with the accessible seat. Accessible seats may be used as companion seats. If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, Germania Insurance Amphitheater will offer other seats as close as possible to the accessible seat.
Accessible seating is available in sections 102-106, sections 202-206, and the GA Lawn.
We recommend the following sections to have the best sight line to the interpreter:
